Founder & Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Enabler of passionate entrepreneurial spirit and a Strategist with a keen business acumen, Patrick has amassed almost 25 years of experience in the hotel and travel industry. He started his career working for an international brand in two locations in the Philippines and thereafter joined the Philippines’ first Filipino hotel chain to become its Chief Operating Officer. A non-conformist and results-driven educator, Patrick is also well-versed in the ever-changing dynamics of the tourism and hospitality industry. As the firm’s originator, Patrick is now focused on blazing a trail helping independent Filipino-owned hotels and resorts elevate their brand in the industry.

ELISA ESCOBAR

Chief Operating Officer

Elisa brings in more than 25 years of experience in the field of hospitality industry & operations specifically in the areas of marketing research, planning and integrated communication. As Chief Operating Officer, Elisa oversees all promotional marketing and public relations opportunities, and sales efforts and productivity, of all EHI managed properties. In the last 12 years, Elisa has general managed and transitioned 7 profitable hotel projects in the Philippines. As the company’s “operator”, Elisa continuously showcases her expertise in hotel operations and sales & marketing by satisfying clients' needs.

Lala Favoreal

Managing Director

Lala has charted a career as an HR Practitioner and an In-House trainer for more than a decade before she transitioned to a management position in the hotel industry working in various properties in Manila and Cebu. Her professional journey has taken her from providing organization development work, strategic planning, training and talent pool management in an international BPO to becoming the administrative heart of EHI. As the firm’s main “organizer”, she not only put everything in order, she also get to exhibit her flair for tasteful style as the company’s foremost interior designer.
