FRANCIS PATRICK FAVOREAL

Founder, Chairman & CEO

The Chief Enabler & Strategist, Patrick takes with him almost 19 years of experience in the hospitality and travel industry. He started his hotel career with an international chain hotel in two locations in the Philippines and thereafter joined the Philippines’ first Filipino hotel chain to become its Chief Operating Officer (COO ). Patrick saw the growth of the Filipino hotel chain from 4 to 10 hotels totaling about 800 rooms in a span of 9 years. He is adept in all facets of hospitality and travel operations and is well-versed on the dynamics of the tourism industry. He is currently leading a team of hotel professionals in managing four (4) hotels/resorts, conceptualizing, pre-opening, full management and the turn key of eight (8) independent hotel projects in the Philippines.

Patrick is foremost an educator and loves to train hotel professionals. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, a Post Graduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines, Diliman and is a Tourism major from the Asian Institute of Tourism (AIT) of the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Patrick is considered by many as a visionary with keen business acumen and passionate entrepreneurial spirit.

Soon, along with several sponsors, Patrick will be launching the Philippines’ first hotel school for the less privileged – School of Service (S.O.S Foundation).

In 2011 (up until now), Patrick was tasked to be the tourism business sector adviser for the Canadian Government funded Local Governance Support Program for Local Economic Development (LGSP-LED) covering tourism projects in the Philippines (Panglao, Ormoc, Metro Naga, Allah Valley, Iloilo-Guimaras, Batangas, Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, Siquijor, Palawan, Aklan, Bantayan & Malapascua, Samal Island & Legaspi – Albay – Sorsogon).

ELISA ESCOBAR

Managing Director and Group General Manager

Elisa holds more than 18 years of hospitality marketing & operations experience encompassing technical competencies in the areas of marketing research, market planning and integrated marketing communication. She oversees all promotional marketing and public relations opportunities, and sales efforts and productivity, of all EHI managed properties.

Elisa holds a major degree in Communication Research from the College of Communication of the University of the Philippines and has apprenticed under the Philippines’ market research pioneering authority, Ms. Rosie Chew.

In the last four years, Elisa has General Managed and transitioned four (4) profitable hotel
projects in three locations in the Philippines.

ANTON BARONIA

Managing Director & Group General Manager

Anton performs multiple responsibilities both as Group General Manager of EHI’s managed properties and as Pre-Opening Project Manager of newly acquired hotel projects.

As a Project Manager, Anton takes charge in ensuring that all physical designs are executed as planned. He has more than 18 years experience in the industry and has earned his bachelor’s degree in Tourism at the Asian Institute of Tourism from the University of the Philippines.

Anton has pre- opened four (4) hotels in the past four years and is overseeing hotels in Metro Manila.

KHARLA LUNETA

General Manager

Kharla is a gifted organizer of teams and talents. She is passionate in working with people and the execution of marketing and operations strategies. As General manager, she excels in building relationships with the different stakeholders of the hotel arena in the generation of the hotel property’s financial and non-financial results.

LALA FAVOREAL

Managing Director for Corporate Administration

Spanning a career of more than 10 years as an HR Practitioner and In-House Trainer, Lala started work at a chain hotel in Manila and later moved to a resort in Cebu. Her last engagement was with an international BPO providing organization development work directed towards training, strategic planning, performance and talent pool management, career development and change management among others.

Lala has a degree in Psychology and Counseling from St. Scholastica’s College and continued post graduate studies in Counseling at De La Salle University.

JEROME PALMA

Creative Director

Gifted with artistic flair, Jerome’s work of art and creative precision is one’s communication solution. This creative genius started his career with local retail giant Suyen Corporation whose portfolio of brands include Bench, Human, Dimensione, PCX, and Celio. Jerome has since ventured with his own creative agency, Palma Visual Communications based in his hometown Naga City, Camarines Sur.

His range of clients includes both international and locally-based companies who receive no less than high-value innovating ideas.

Jerome is a Fine Arts graduate with major in Advertising from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila.

CLAUDIA CAPADA

Chief Corporate Planning Officer

Clea has structured group and corporate Central Services divisions of a number of hotel organizations. She started her career early on with the reputable SGV audit firm, providing external audit performance and helping clients’ achieve strong internal control systems. She has also provided corporate planning and financial analysis work for one of the Philippines’ biggest chain of value hotels for 8 years.

As Enable’s Chief Corporate Planning Officer, Clea brings to the team her strength in budget preparations and financial analysis.

OLIVER SANTIAGO

Director of Rooms and Facilities

Oliver’s hard-earned success in his more than 20 years in the hospitality industry zeroes in to his unending passion for personal growth and learning. A certified man of action, Oliver is the go-to-guy for all pre-opening groundwork possessing great adaptability in a dynamic environment.

In operations, he is the man-in-charge of the Rooms Division which includes Front Office,
Housekeeping, Engineering, and Safety & Security.

SUZETTE GONZALES, CPA

Director of Finance

Prior to joining the hospitality industry, Seng dabbled in outsourced finance and accounting specializing on internal audit, corporate services, business consultancy and taxation to around 50 global clients. She has also spearheaded the implementation of computerized accounting system for various large companies.

Seng’s exceptional analytical mind and innate ability to transmit knowledge through numbers lays down a strong foundation in determining investment viability and business opportunities.
